House of Batteries Ltd makes status enquiries, including bank and credit references for all credit account applications. All such applications will be referred to our insurers, Messrs Euler Hermes and credit is subject to acceptance by them of acceptable trading history.

Standard trading terms are payment by 30 days from date of invoice. Failure to adhere to this may lead to suspension of supplies. Any variations to these trading terms must be notified to you in writing.

All products sold by House of Batteries Ltd are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s guarantee.

A signature is required on all delivery notes/invoices as proof of receipt.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. The information can be checked by writing to us. If any inaccuracies occur we will rectify the error as soon as possible.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
