Is there a minimum order level?
Yes. Our minimum order value is £250 + VAT for the UK and £5,000 for mainland Europe.

How much do you charge for delivery?
The price we charge depends on your order value. For orders below £500 + VAT we charge carriage of about £7 to £15, but this depends to some extent on the actual weight of the goods supplied. Orders over £500 + VAT are delivered free to the UK mainland. Please note that for the UK, we have a minimum order value of £250 + VAT.
Orders to Europe are subject to carriage charges and the minimum order value is £5,000.

How quickly will I get my delivery?
We deliver within 48 hours to the UK mainland with your exact requirements. Deliveries to Europe are usually completed within five working days.

How do I pay?
Initially, we ask that you be prepared to pay in advance for your goods. This can be either by Bacs, Chaps or debit card. After a short period and when we have some idea of the value and regularity of your orders, you may apply for a credit account. Credit accounts are not normally offered for orders which may not regularly exceed £500.00 and are subject to status enquiries being made. Prepayment is required for all orders to the EU.
